- First, just take a picture or screenshot of your receipt.
- Put that image in an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Write why you're returning the product in the email. Your feedback gives us a chance to improve our products and service!
- Now, just send the email.
That's all it takes! There's no need to send us back the product. Please do not process a credit card refund with your bank; We will refund by check within 10 days.
